Eye popping crotched Black Walnut piece.  This wood is diffucult to find as it comes from the part of the tree where it divides from on to two parts, resulting in deep, mesmirizing grain.  The slicer wire outperforms knives when it comes to slicing cheese.  Food safe, finished with Shaping Grain Board Sauce.
